Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory sales strategies to maximize market penetration and revenue growth
• Prospect new clients through cold calling, lead generation, and networking efforts to expand our customer base
• Manage existing accounts by nurturing relationships, understanding client needs, and providing tailored solutions
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits to potential customers
• Negotiate deals effectively, closing sales while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty
• Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and monitor sales pipeline progress
• Collaborate with marketing teams to implement campaigns that support lead generation and brand awareness initiatives
• Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, sales activities, and territory developments using sales management systems

Experience

• Proven success in B2B (business-to-business) sales, with a focus on technology or industrial products preferred
• Demonstrated ability in outside and inside sales environments with experience in remote selling strategies
• Strong management skills with experience in account management and territory management
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or equivalent sales management tools; proficiency in CRM software is essential
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer relationship-building skills
• Experience with lead generation techniques including cold calling and prospecting for new business opportunities
• Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets through effective deal closing and upselling strategies
• Prior experience in retail sales or technical product demos is advantageous
• Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and adapt strategies accordingly
