  • Lead Generation & Prospecting
  • Identify new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, and digital leads.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects for consistent sales closure.
  • Client Interaction & Requirement Understanding
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions.
  • Conduct site visits to explain product/service offerings clearly.
  • Sales Conversion & Target Achievement
  • Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Proposal & Negotiation
  • Prepare and present proposals/quotations to customers.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals effectively.
  • CRM & Documentation Management
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and closures in CRM.
  • Ensure all sales documentation is complete and up to date.
  • Coordination with Internal Teams
  • Collaborate with design, operations, and finance teams for smooth project execution.
  • Ensure proper handover of confirmed orders to the execution team.
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Address customer queries to ensure a positive experience.

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
  • 15 years of sales experience (solar/technical sales preferred).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel and meet clients.
  • Target-driven with a proactive approach.
