Lab Associate (MLT/DMLT) - Trivandrum

Role Overview

Ecorgy Solutions is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Lab Associates (MLT/DMLT) to join our growing Home Healthcare operations team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to leverage laboratory knowledge and technical expertise in a US healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will support laboratory-related documentation, data management, and administrative processes while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and identify lab orders from History & Physical (H&P) documents.
• Maintain and update the Lab Tracker system regularly to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
• Create and manage patient profiles, ensuring accurate laboratory documentation and data integrity.
• Coordinate and schedule laboratory appointments while ensuring seamless communication with internal teams regarding lab details.
• Ensure all laboratory-related information is documented accurately and in a timely manner.
• Review, verify, and process laboratory-related documentation with a high level of accuracy.
• Maintain and update healthcare records, reports, and laboratory data in accordance with organizational standards.
• Perform data entry and quality checks to ensure completeness, consistency, and accuracy of information.
• Utilize healthcare systems and software applications to manage laboratory documentation workflows efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain data integrity.
• Support compliance with client requirements, healthcare regulations, and company policies.
• Prepare reports, summaries, and documentation using Microsoft Office applications.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while meeting productivity and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders regarding documentation and process-related concerns.
• Adapt to changing workflows and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT/DMLT).
• Strong understanding of laboratory procedures, medical terminology, and healthcare documentation.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
• Good typing speed with a high degree of accuracy.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new software applications quickly.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work night Shift (9:30 PM – 6:30 AM) from our office location at Elippode, Thiruvananthapuram.
