Job Description

You will be a Human Resources Specialist at EcoRatings, a 2+ years old startup in the Sustainability domain, founded by experienced entrepreneurs. Your role will be two-pronged, involving managing HR functions and Recruitment. This is a full-time on-site Work-from-Office position located in Noida.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize your Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills effectively.
• Develop and implement HR Policies to ensure smooth operations.
• Bring in your experience of working in a Tech startup to add value to the team.

Qualifications Required:

• MBA in HR.
• Proven experience in HR functions and Recruitment.
• Familiarity with developing and implementing HR Policies.
