Green Building Analyst

We’re hiring a Green Building Analyst (IGBC) 🌱

Are you passionate about sustainable design and looking to grow your career in green building consulting? We’re on the lookout for a motivated professional with hands-on experience in IGBC projects to join our team.

Role: Green Building Analyst (IGBC)

Experience: 1–2 years

Project Experience: Minimum 2–3 IGBC-rated projects

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on end-to-end IGBC project documentation and coordination
• Assist in achieving targeted IGBC ratings through design and execution stages
• Conduct sustainability studies such as energy simulations, daylight analysis and water efficiency

strategies

• Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants and clients to integrate green building strategies
• Prepare credit documentation, calculations and submission reports as per IGBC guidelines
• Support site audits and ensure compliance with green building requirements
• Stay updated with evolving sustainability standards and green certifications

Key Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of IGBC rating systems and compliance requirements
• Basic knowledge of energy modeling, building performance analysis and sustainable materials
• Proficiency in tools such as Excel, AutoCAD, Design Builder and E-Quest simulation software
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple project timelines
