Job Description
As a Client Reporting / Performance Reporting Process Manager at eClerx, your primary responsibility will be to manage end-to-end client reporting operations, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of investment and performance reports to clients and stakeholders. Your role will involve focusing on process optimization, quality control, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement of reporting frameworks to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end client reporting and investment performance reporting processes to ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality delivery of client reports, performance analytics, and portfolio reports.
- Oversee the preparation and distribution of monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc client reporting packages while ensuring compliance with internal governance standards and regulatory requirements.
- Identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce operational risk.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of performance data, portfolio data, and reporting metrics through data validation, reconciliation, and quality control checks.
- Collaborate with data management and technology teams to resolve data issues.
- Manage client queries related to performance reports and analytics by coordinating with cross-functional teams including investment operations, technology, and risk teams.
- Lead and mentor reporting analysts and operations teams, monitor team performance, SLAs, and KPIs to ensure service delivery excellence, and support recruitment, training, and development of reporting team members.
Qualifications Required:
- Experience in portfolio performance analysis, data analysis, data visualization, risk & control framework, quality assurance, data governance, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Strong focus on the accuracy of performance reporting.
