Echo Five Group (EFG) seeks an experienced and highly motivated Executive Assistant (EA) to provide contract support to the Office of Force Resilience (OFR). This onsite role at the Pentagon plays a key part in enabling mission-support functions and supporting senior leadership. The ideal candidate is technically proficient, proactive, and calm under pressure, with strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills. This role provides organizational efficiency, workforce readiness, and the effective execution of high‑visibility initiatives aligned with Navy resilience and personnel objectives.

What You’ll Do:
- Provide executive-level operational and analytical support, including managing taskers, developing SOPs, and delivering leadership-ready briefings to the Senior Executive Service (SES) and OFR leadership, including calendar coordination, correspondence tracking, and executive briefings.
- Develop, maintain, and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for recurring and ad hoc administrative processes.
- Oversee and update the SES ETMS2 Tracker and multiple tasker trackers, ensuring timely assignment, follow‑up, and closure of all incoming actions.
- Prepare daily and weekly tasker status reports and deliver executive-level briefings to SES and Senior Leaders on progress and deadlines.
- Manage the routing and coordination of high-level signature packages to ASN (M&RA), the Under Secretary of the Navy, and other senior offices.
- Support onboarding and training activities, including facilitating ETMS2 training for new employees and coordinating visitor access and escort duties.
- Contribute to special initiatives such as Leadership Day event preparation and development of briefing materials and executive binders.
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior DoD or Navy experience supporting civilian or military executives.
- Experience supporting senior leaders (e.g., executives, SES, flag/general officers, or equivalent) in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messages for senior audiences.
- Exceptional organizational skills and follow-through, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Understanding of Department of the Navy structure, policy routing, and task management protocols.
- Strong organizational and analytic skills with experience in task tracking systems (e.g., ETMS2, DoD tasker systems).
- Skilled in drafting executive correspondence, maintaining SOP documentation, and delivering concise leadership briefings.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and SharePoint; familiarity with DoD administrative processes preferred.
