User Experience Designer (UI/UX) #11047

Position Overview: The Senior UI/UX Designer will provide design support for digital product initiatives with a focus on interactive experiences, competitive features, and user engagement. This hands-on, senior level role requires strong autonomy, the ability to quickly integrate into an existing team, and the capability to drive design work from concept through execution. The designer will collaborate with internal UI/UX leadership, creative stakeholders, product owners, engineering teams, and external vendors while leading design across experiments, new concepts, and enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for new and existing concepts, experiments, and user engagement initiatives.
• Develop interactive prototypes, user flows, and interaction models to support rapid iteration.
• Conduct user research including lightweight usability testing, intercept interviews, and user feedback sessions to validate concepts.
• Collaborate with UI/UX leadership and creative teams to align on vision, standards, and experience goals.
• Work closely with external vendors to ensure seamless experience integration and consistent design execution.
• Translate early concepts into scalable interaction patterns and intuitive visual systems.
• Produce high-fidelity UI design assets, specifications, and developer-ready documentation.
• Rapidly iterate based on feedback, research insights, and performance data.
• Maintain adherence to brand standards and design system principles.

Qualifications

Must-Haves:

• 7+ years of professional experience in UI/UX, product design, or experience design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end to end ownership of digital product experiences, preferably including interactive or gameadjacent designs.
• Proven ability to operate with independence and minimal direction in fast paced environments.
• Experience collaborating with external vendors on codeveloped or white label digital products.
• Experience designing experiments, iterative features, or phased product enhancements.
• Expertise in Figma, including prototyping and design system usage.
• Experience conducting usability testing via platforms such as UserTesting.com.
• Experience conducting intercept sessions and qualitative user interviews.
• Strong foundation in interaction design, usability, and accessibility standards.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to incorporate feedback effectively.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with gaming frameworks, competitive mechanics, or gamification.
• Experience with leaderboard systems, rewards structures, or progression design.
• Experience with A/B testing and data driven design iteration.
• Experience evolving established brand systems and visual patterns.
• Basic understanding of front end development concepts (HTML/CSS/JavaScript).
