Overview
Barska is a growing U.S. brand specializing in safes, optics, and security products, sold through major retailers.
We are looking for a motivated sales professional to help expand our retail and distribution accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, target, and secure new retail accounts to grow market reach
- Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers and decision-makers
- Present product lines, promotions, and programs to potential accounts
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and promotions to drive profitable growth
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and order fulfillment for new accounts
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and category performance to identify opportunities
- Prepare and present sales updates, pipeline reports, and forecasts
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or business development preferred
- Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple opportunities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
