Job Description
- Independently manage a portfolio of clients and ensure timely closure of books of accounts.
- Oversee day-to-day bookkeeping including AP, AR, reconciliations, and month-end closure.
- Design and implement bespoke accounting processes for clients.
- Review and finalize work completed by team members.
- Manage, mentor, and train associates.
- Prepare and finalize management accounts and investor reporting.
- Support ad-hoc projects including financial modeling, business plans, fundraising, and M&A transactions.
- Provide exceptional service and expert financial advice while building strong client relationships.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, UK GAAP, and/or US GAAP.
- Solid bookkeeping and month-end closing expertise.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Proficiency in Xero and QuickBooks.
