Job Description
As a Field Sales Representative, you'll be the face of our brand on the ground — visiting supermarkets, chained outlets and corporate buyers across your territory in madurai. You'll introduce our products, secure listings, build lasting retailer relationships, and make sure our stands out at point of sale with our distributors support. This is a high-energy, autonomous role ideal for someone who loves people, loves chocolate, and loves closing.
What You'll Do
Sales & Business Development
Prospect and onboard new retail and corporate accounts within your assigned territory in madurai
Present and demo our personalised chocolate product range to buyers and store managers
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Upsell seasonal ranges, gift bundles, and corporate gifting packages
Account Management
Maintain and grow relationships with existing stores accounts
Conduct regular store visits to check stock levels, shelf placement, and point-of-sale materials
Ensure our brand danglers, shelf stickers, and display units are correctly positioned and impactful
Handle re-orders, returns, and any customer concerns promptly
Market Intelligence
Monitor competitor products and pricing across your territory in madurai
Report on customer feedback, trends, and new opportunities to the sales manager
Identify high-potential new accounts and build a live pipeline
Reporting
Submit weekly call reports, sales logs, and territory updates
Forecast orders and flag stock requirements to the operations team

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
