Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation
• Manage cash handling, billing, and cashiering tasks with precision and accountability
• Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas
• Use OpenTable or similar reservation systems to manage bookings and optimize seating flow
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders in a fast-paced environment
• Uphold food handling regulations and sanitation standards to ensure guest safety at all times
• Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring satisfaction

Skills

• Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms
• Strong culinary experience and knowledge of food safety protocols
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
• Proven ability in sales techniques including upselling and suggestive selling
• Experience in fine dining or nightclub settings is highly desirable
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
• Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and inventory management
• Knowledge of OpenTable reservation system or comparable booking platforms
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
