Job Description
We are hiring a Sales Manager – B2B with hands-on experience in First Mile and Last Mile logistics operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving B2B sales, onboarding clients, and building a strong channel partner network in the logistics ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities in B2B logistics sales
- Identify potential clients in e-commerce, retail, manufacturing, and distribution sectors
- Build strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
- Coordinate with operations team for smooth onboarding and execution
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of logistics, courier, and supply chain services
- Experience in B2B sales and channel partner management
- Ability to generate leads and close deals independently
- Handle client meetings, negotiations, and closures
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with operations team for smooth execution of shipments
- Ensure strong client retention and relationship management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Qualifications
