Key Responsibilities
- Deliver parcels safely and on time within the assigned pincode area.
- Follow the daily route plan provided by the hub/supervisor.
- Maintain accurate delivery records using the delivery application.
- Collect and deposit Cash-on-Delivery (COD) payments as per company procedures.
- Perform parcel scanning, status updates, and proof-of-delivery submissions.
- Handle customer interactions professionally and courteously.
- Report delivery issues, damaged parcels, or customer concerns promptly.
- Ensure company-issued bags, ID cards, and equipment are maintained properly.
Requirements
- Minimum 10th Pass.
- Valid Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, and Driving License.
- Own two-wheeler with valid RC, Insurance, and PUC.
- Smartphone with Android operating system and internet connectivity.
- Familiarity with local routes within the assigned pincode.
- Ability to work independently and meet daily delivery targets.
Preferred Skills
- Previous courier, logistics, or e-commerce delivery experience.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of mobile applications and GPS navigation.
