Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Behavioral Therapist for a centre located in Sanpada, Navi Mumbai. The Behavioral Therapist will implement individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs to support the development of essential skills and improve overall quality of life for clients. Responsibilities include conducting behavioral assessments, developing treatment plans, working directly with children, and collaborating with families to achieve measurable outcomes. The role requires compassionate communication and the ability to adapt strategies to suit the specific needs of each child.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and Behavior Analysis techniques
• Experience or education in Psychology and a deep understanding of behavioral development
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with families, caregivers, and a team
• Passion for Working With Children and tailoring interventions to their developmental needs
• Patience, empathy, and adaptability in diverse and dynamic environments
• Relevant certifications in ABA therapy (preferred)
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, Education, or related field (preferred)
