Technician /Wire Harness

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Wire Harness Technician to join our panel manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the preparation, assembly, and inspection of wire harnesses used in Control & Relay (C&R) Panels, LT Panels, and other electrical control systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble and prepare wire harnesses as per engineering drawings and wiring schedules.

Perform wire cutting, stripping, crimping, ferruling, and lugging using appropriate tools and equipment.

Identify and use the correct wire types, cable sizes, terminals, ferrules, lugs, sleeves, and connectors.

Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and cable schedules.

Ensure proper wire routing, bundling, labeling, and cable dressing.

Inspect completed wire harnesses for quality, continuity, and compliance with engineering specifications.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area while adhering to 5S and safety practices.

Coordinate with production and quality teams to ensure timely completion of work.

Report any material shortages, defects, or process deviations to the supervisor.

Eligibility & Skills:

ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.

Experience in wire harness assembly, panel wiring, or electrical assembly is preferred.

Knowledge of crimping tools, ferruling machines, wire stripping tools, and cable preparation techniques.

Ability to understand electrical drawings and wiring layouts.

Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Basic knowledge of electrical components and wiring standards.
