Relay Assembly & Retrofitting Technician / Engineer

We are looking for experienced professionals in relay assembly and retrofitting of live electrical panels to join our team. The role involves working on protection and control systems, panel modification activities, and on-site execution while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform assembly, wiring, and retrofitting of protection relays in existing electrical panels.

Work on live panel retrofitting activities with proper safety procedures and precautions.

Handle Control & Relay (C&R) panels, LT panels, and related protection systems.

Carry out termination, ferruling, cable dressing, and relay mounting activities.

Support testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning activities.

Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and panel layouts.

Coordinate with site and engineering teams for smooth execution of retrofit works.

Ensure compliance with electrical safety and quality standards during execution.

Eligibility & Skills:

ITI / Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

Experience in relay assembly, relay retrofitting, and live panel works is preferred.

Knowledge of protection relays, panel wiring, and electrical components.

Familiarity with HT/LT panels and substation-related systems is an added advantage.

Ability to work independently at project sites and factory environments.
