As a Senior Full-Stack Web Applications Developer at our company, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable web applications using Python, PHP/Laravel, and React.js/Next.js. Your role will involve developing and integrating RESTful APIs, optimizing relational and NoSQL databases, customizing WordPress themes and plugins, and leveraging AI coding tools to enhance development efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain scalable web applications using Python, PHP/Laravel, and React.js/Next.js
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs using Express.js and third-party services
- Architect and optimize relational (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases
- Build and customize WordPress themes, plugins, and headless CMS solutions
- Leverage AI coding tools (Claude, Codex, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate development and raise code quality
- Lead code reviews, enforce coding standards, and contribute to technical documentation
- Collaborate with DevOps on CI/CD pipelines, Docker environments, and deployments
- Mentor mid-level and junior developers and provide architectural guidance
Qualifications Required:
- 5+ years of professional web development experience
- Strong analytical mindset for breaking down complex problems systematically
- Proficiency in Python (Django / Flask / FastAPI) and PHP (Laravel)
- Solid front-end skills in React.js, Next.js, HTML5, CSS3, and Tailwind CSS
- Back-end API development expertise with Node.js, Express.js, FastAPI, and Laravel
- Deep experience with SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL), including query optimization and migrations
- Familiarity with MongoDB, schema design, aggregation pipelines, and indexing
- WordPress development experience, including custom themes, plugins, WooCommerce, and REST API
- Genuine curiosity and a growth mindset to adapt to emerging technologies actively
- Familiarity with Git, Docker, and Linux environments
- Understanding of web security best practices such as OWASP, CSRF, XSS, SQL injection
Nice to Have Skills:
- TypeScript, GraphQL
- Real-world experience with Golang
- Knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Familiarity with Redis, Celery, or queue-based architectures
- Prior experience leading a small development team
