Laboratory Assistant Float

In this on-site position, you will work regular day shifts from Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturdays, across various locations including Winchester and Kemptville. Your focus will be on providing an exceptional customer experience and ensuring high-quality specimen handling, all while adhering to our established protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect quality blood samples using skilled venipuncture
• Accurately enter patient and test information
• Perform ECGs, Holter Hookups, and sample sorting
• Ensure compliance with quality metrics and SOPs
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information

Requirements

• Completed Secondary School and Lab Assistant training
• Demonstrated skill in phlebotomy
• Strong attention to detail
• Customer-focused with a caring demeanor
• Proficient written and verbal English skills
