As a Weekend Evening Concierge at Dweck, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation and warm atmosphere of our residential communities during evening hours. In this role, you will work the weekend evening shift, taking over after the daytime concierge has completed their duties. Your primary responsibilities include closing out pending tasks, being the central point of communication in the building, and ensuring a high level of service continues well into the evening. The shift starts busy with resident and guest interactions and gradually slows down, giving you the opportunity to attend to detailed tasks that maintain order and efficiency. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop customer service skills and gain insight into property management operations.

The Weekend Evening Concierge is essential in providing exceptional customer service by welcoming residents, guests, and even their pets with a friendly and professional demeanor. You will answer and route incoming calls, assist residents with various requests such as lockouts or booking amenities, manage package deliveries with accuracy including logging and door drops, and coordinate timely maintenance responses.
