What You'll Be Doing

For All Levels

• Write compelling copy across digital, social, web, campaigns, videos, and brand communication.
• Understand client briefs and convert them into engaging creative solutions.
• Collaborate with designers, strategists, account managers, and creative teams.
• Contribute to campaign ideation, content planning, and brand storytelling.
• Ensure communication aligns with brand tone, objectives, and audience insights.
• Stay updated on cultural trends, digital behaviour, and emerging content formats.

For Senior Levels

• Develop campaign narratives and creative territories for brands.
• Lead brainstorming sessions and mentor junior writers.
• Shape integrated campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Review and refine copy to ensure strategic and creative excellence.
• Drive innovation and raise the overall creative quality of work.

For Leadership Roles (Group Head)

• Lead and mentor copy teams across accounts.
• Build campaign concepts, brand narratives, and creative frameworks.
• Partner with leadership teams to elevate creative standards across the agency.
• Present and defend creative ideas to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Manage multiple brands while ensuring quality, consistency, and effectiveness.

Client Servicing & Stakeholder Management

• Participate in client discussions, understand business objectives, and translate them into effective communication strategies.
• Present creative ideas confidently, incorporate feedback constructively, and build strong working relationships with clients and cross-functional teams.

What We're Looking For

• Strong writing and storytelling skills.
• Experience in a creative, digital, advertising, or integrated agency environment.
• Ability to think beyond posts and build campaigns.
• Understanding of branding, content strategy, and consumer behaviour.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
• A portfolio showcasing creative thinking and execution.

Experience Levels

• Junior Copywriter: 0–2 years
• Copywriter: 2–4 years
• Senior Copywriter: 4–7 years
• Group Head – Copy: 7+ years

Candidates will be assessed and aligned to the appropriate level based on their experience, portfolio, and leadership capabilities.
