Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Engineer with experience in HVAC and allied systems to manage sales activities across the West Gujarat region. The candidate must have experience for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting company products such as AHU, Air Washer, Axial Fans, Industrial Fans, Ducting, Insulation, Fire Piping, Electrical Piping, Plumbing, and HVAC systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell company products including AHU, Air Washer, Axial Fans, Industrial Fans, Ducting, Insulation, and HVAC systems.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with contractors, consultants, builders, and industrial clients.
- Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals based on client requirements.
- Handle site visits, client meetings, and project follow-ups to secure orders.
- Coordinate with internal teams for design, costing, and project execution.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned by management.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation of enquiries, quotations, and order status.
- Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and mechanical products.
- Good understanding of AHU, ducting, piping, and ventilation systems.
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel within the West Gujarat region.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in handling HVAC projects and industrial sales.
- Knowledge of estimation, BOQ preparation, and tender documentation.
- Familiarity with consultants and contractor networks in Gujarat.\
