Job Requirement – Sales Executive (Blower Division – OEM Customers)

Position: Sales Executive / Sr. Sales Engineer

Department: Sales & Marketing – Blower Division

Location: Delhi NCR/ All over India

Experience: 1–3 years (Experience in Blower / HVAC / Industrial Fans / OEM Sales preferred)

Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech (Mechanical) preferred, or Diploma with technical sales experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote company’s centrifugal blowers, axial fans, wet scrubbers, and ventilation products to OEM customers.

Maintain strong relationships with existing OEM clients and develop new OEM accounts.

Understand customer requirements and coordinate with Design/Technical teams for product selection, sizing, and costing.

Handle the complete enquiry-to-order cycle:

New Enquiry/Lead Generate

Enquiry follow-up

Quotation preparation

Technical discussion

Price negotiation

Order finalization

Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and site surveys (if required).

Prepare daily sales reports and ensure monthly sales targets are achieved.

Gather market intelligence (competitor pricing, customer demand, upcoming OEM projects).

Skills Required:

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Basic technical knowledge of blowers/fans (training will be provided).

Strong negotiation, customer handling, and follow-up skills.

Proficiency in MS Office, email drafting.

Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
