Supply Chain Analyst – Maternity Leave Coverage
Location: Mont-Royal, QC
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Work Arrangement: On-site
About the Role
Dura Undercushions Ltd. is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to join our Operations Team. This position is being offered as maternity leave coverage; however, based on business needs and performance, there is a strong possibility of extension or transition into a permanent role.
The successful candidate will play a key role in production planning, procurement, inventory management, and logistics coordination, ensuring alignment between customer demand, manufacturing capacity, and raw material availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain production plans aligned with customer demand and operational requirements.
- Monitor production performance and analyze variances between planned and actual results.
- Forecast raw material requirements and coordinate purchasing activities.
- Manage inventory levels and support inventory accuracy initiatives.
- Coordinate logistics activities, transportation requirements, and shipping schedules.
- Prepare import and export documentation.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across planning and supply chain processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in production planning, operations coordination, or supply chain management.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics Business Central preferred), Microsoft Excel, and Power BI.
- Bilingual in English and French (written and spoken).
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies is an asset.
