Duties

• Lead and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and cleanliness
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening, closing, shift management, and ensuring operational efficiency
• Manage inventory control, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to optimize profitability
• Train, develop, and supervise team members in food preparation, POS systems (including Aloha POS and Micros POS), cash handling, and customer service skills
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health standards through regular inspections and staff training
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and foster positive guest experiences
• Conduct interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and ongoing staff training to build a strong team capable of meeting store goals

Skills

• Proven management experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with supervising responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking processes, and food handling safety procedures
• Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash handling expertise
• Excellent leadership skills with experience in team management, training & development, and staff supervision
• Background in restaurant management or hospitality management with a focus on food service operations
• Ability to manage inventory control effectively while maintaining quality standards
• Experience in budgeting, shift management, and operational planning within the food industry
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally
• Familiarity with culinary practices from casual dining or fine dining settings; banquet or catering experience is a plus
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in kitchen management
• Strong communication skills for interviewing candidates and training staff effectively
