Duties
- Lead and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and cleanliness
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening, closing, shift management, and ensuring operational efficiency
- Manage inventory control, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to optimize profitability
- Train, develop, and supervise team members in food preparation, POS systems (including Aloha POS and Micros POS), cash handling, and customer service skills
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health standards through regular inspections and staff training
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and foster positive guest experiences
- Conduct interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and ongoing staff training to build a strong team capable of meeting store goals
Skills
- Proven management experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with supervising responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking processes, and food handling safety procedures
- Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash handling expertise
- Excellent leadership skills with experience in team management, training & development, and staff supervision
- Background in restaurant management or hospitality management with a focus on food service operations
- Ability to manage inventory control effectively while maintaining quality standards
- Experience in budgeting, shift management, and operational planning within the food industry
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally
- Familiarity with culinary practices from casual dining or fine dining settings; banquet or catering experience is a plus
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in kitchen management
- Strong communication skills for interviewing candidates and training staff effectively
