Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage B2B relationships with developers, channel partners, brokers, and landowners.
• Drive bulk bookings, corporate sales, and institutional tie-ups.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the partner network.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close high-value deals.
• Coordinate with internal sales and marketing teams for project launches and campaigns.
• Achieve assigned revenue targets and growth objectives.
• Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and strategic inputs to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with local real estate regulations and documentation processes.

Qualifications & Skills

• Must have good experience in Real Estate, with a preference for the B2B segment.
• Strong understanding of residential, commercial, and plotted development markets.
• Established network within the real estate ecosystem.
• Proven track record in target achievement and revenue growth.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and partnerships simultaneously.
• Graduate/MBA preferred.
