Omnichannel Inventory Manager

Dressjet is a fast-growing premium menswear brand inspired by timeless, old-money aesthetics. We are scaling aggressively across our own website, marketplaces, and upcoming retail stores in India’s top malls.

We’re looking for someone who can take complete ownership of inventory across all channels and build a strong backend system as we scale.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for managing inventory across our website, marketplaces, warehouse, and retail stores — ensuring accuracy, availability, and efficiency at all times.

This is a high-ownership role that directly impacts revenue, profitability, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage centralized inventory across:
• Shopify website
• Marketplaces (Myntra, etc.)
• Physical retail stores
• Ensure stock accuracy and prevent overselling across channels
• Plan and execute inventory allocation:
• Online vs marketplace vs store distribution
• Track store-wise inventory and ensure timely replenishment
• Forecast demand and coordinate with production/vendors
• Manage returns, RTOs, and reverse logistics efficiently
• Work closely with warehouse team to ensure smooth dispatch operations
• Set up and optimize inventory systems and tools

Requirements

• 3–6 years experience in inventory / supply chain roles
• Experience with D2C brands (fashion preferred)
• Hands-on experience with Shopify and marketplaces (Myntra, Ajio, etc.)
• Strong understanding of inventory planning, stock movement, and forecasting
• Detail-oriented with strong ownership mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

Preferred

• Experience with tools like Unicommerce, EasyEcom, Zoho Inventory
• Experience handling multi-location inventory (warehouse + stores)

Compensation

₹8–18 LPA (based on experience and capability)
