Design-Build construction company is hiring a CAD designer / drafter.

Candidates Requirements:

Candidate will be part of residential, commercial and industrial project's design/build team.

Absolutely strong presentation skills required

Attention to detail, team member skills, strong written and verbal communication skills required.

AutoCAD experience is required.

3DS Max and Revit experience are big plus.

Working knowledge of electrical drawings, including lighting layouts, power distribution, and coordination with electrical/MEP consultants, is preferred.

Candidates Responsibilities:

Develop construction documents together with senior members

Create electronic format drawings in AutoCAD

Visit construction sites for: progress check, field measurements, presentations and construction administration.

Collaborate the progress with sub-consultants and coordinate construction documents throughout the project.
