Litigation Strategist

Our work spans jury selection, focus groups, demonstrative evidence, and trial presentation—grounded in social psychology, rigorous research methodologies, and advanced information design.</p> <p data-start="586" data-end="955">DRC is seeking a Litigation Strategist with at least five years of litigation experience and trial experience.</p> <h4 data-start="957" data-end="988"><strong data-start="962" data-end="986">Key Responsibilities</strong></h4> <p data-start="989" data-end="1090">The attorney will report directly to a Director of Litigation Strategy and will be responsible for:</p> <ul data-start="1092" data-end="1778"> <li data-start="1092" data-end="1329"><strong data-start="1094" data-end="1133">Focus Group Development &amp; Analysis:</strong> Conducting case intake, drafting presentation materials for focus groups, analyzing research findings alongside the psychology and research teams, and developing trial strategy recommendations.</li> <li data-start="1330" data-end="1495"><strong data-start="1332" data-end="1372">Demonstrative Aid Conceptualization:</strong> Collaborating on the development of visual and strategic demonstrative aids for focus group presentations and trial use.</li> <li data-start="1496" data-end="1778"><strong data-start="1498" data-end="1527">Legal Analysis &amp; Writing:</strong> Conducting legal research, drafting memoranda, and formulating strategies for presenting evidence and testimony at trial. Assisting with the drafting of opening and closing statements, direct and cross-examination outlines, and witness preparation.</li> </ul> <h4 data-start="1780" data-end="1805"><strong data-start="1785" data-end="1803">Qualifications</strong></h4> <ul data-start="1806" data-end="2283"> <li data-start="1806" data-end="1831">J.D. degree required.</li> <li data-start="1832" data-end="1951">At least five years of litigation experience, preferably in a commercial litigation department at a major law firm.</li> <li data-start="1952" data-end="2068">Strong ability to translate complex legal concepts into clear, compelling arguments, both verbally and visually.</li> <li data-start="2069" data-end="2164">Experience developing effective case themes and trial narratives that resonate with jurors.</li> <li data-start="2165" data-end="2246">Ability to work on-site in our New York City office up to five days per week.</li> <li data-start="2247" data-end="2283">Willingness to travel up to 30%</li> <li data-start="2247" data-end="2283">Dubin Research and Consulting is committed to attracting and retaining exceptional talent by ensuring your professional growth and success.
