Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and friendly Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support our clients and field teams. This role focuses on scheduling services, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring a smooth experience from booking to service completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online requests
• Schedule landscaping and maintenance services for residential and commercial clients
• Coordinate with field teams to ensure timely service delivery
• Maintain accurate customer records and service details
• Resolve customer concerns and provide service updates
• Assist with billing inquiries and basic administrative support

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using computers, scheduling systems, and basic office software
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $18 - $28 per hour (based on experience)
• Full-time position with stable hours
