We are seeking a Dentist who is willing to work as a friendly and organized Clinic Manager to oversee daily front desk operations, serve as the first point of contact for patients, and ensure smooth clinic functioning.

Key Responsibilities

Phone & Communication Management

• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
• Respond to patient inquiries regarding services, pricing, and availability
• Handle appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-up calls
• Manage emails and messages from patients

Appointment Management

• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments efficiently
• Coordinate doctor schedules to optimize patient flow
• Maintain and update the appointment and welcome walk-in patients warmly
• Minimize wait times and avoid scheduling conflicts

• Greet and welcome walk-in patients warmly
• Guide the receptionist to register new patients and update existing patient records
• Address patient concerns and complaints professionally
• Ensure comfortable waiting area experience

• Maintain patient confidentiality and records
• Coordinate with dental staff and assistants
• Handle billing inquiries and payment collection
• Manage office supplies and inventory

• Proven experience in clinic/healthcare administration,DENTIST is the preferred

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
