Massage & Beauty Therapist

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are expanding our professional Wellness & Beauty Center team in Jaipur and are seeking dedicated, experienced individuals for multiple key therapist positions. We are looking to hire a team of subject matter experts that includes both male and female therapists for all roles, so that we can appropriately pair the therapist's gender with our clients.

We are seeking highly skilled professionals who are dedicated to providing excellent client care and who can perform specialized therapies independently. Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in their respective role and be available to work all shifts during operational hours (09:00 AM – 05:00 PM).

We are currently hiring for these three distinct roles:

1. Panchakarma/Ayurvedic Therapist (Open to Males & Females):

We are seeking an experienced Panchakarma Therapist (1+ year) to perform traditional Ayurveda therapies. The ideal candidate must be a subject matter expert in traditional massage and Ayurvedic therapies and be able to perform standard procedures (Abhyanga, Shirodhara, Vasti, Nasya, etc.) independently. Candidates with an Ayurvedic certification or diploma will be given priority.

2. Beautician (Skin Care & Facial Expert - Open to Males & Females):

We are hiring dedicated Beauticians (1+ year of professional experience) to perform a wide range of beauty services, with expert knowledge in facial massage and skincare treatments. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of diverse skincare and facial massage techniques and be able to perform all beauty procedures independently. Valid cosmetology/esthetics certification is highly preferred and will be prioritized.

3. Body Massage Therapist (Massage Modalities - Open to Males & Females):

We are seeking an experienced Massage Therapist (1+ year) who is a subject matter expert in diverse body massage modalities (Ayurvedic). You must be able to perform high-quality therapeutic treatments independently and possess the physical stamina required for a therapeutic role. Relevant certification or licensure in Massage Therapy will be given priority.

DETAILS & COMPENSATION (For All Positions):

Location: Jaipur

Hours: 09:00 AM – 05:00 PM

Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year

Fixed Salary Range: 10,000 – 15,000 INR/month (Depending on demonstrated skill level and experience).
