Job Description The role will contribute to re‑imagining CRM and field workflows through AI‑assisted, low‑friction designs that improve productivity, compliance, and user experience across Vision platforms. Vision – Product Execution (IQVIA OCE, VEEVA and Phyzii) Own functional execution for CRM, SFA, CLM modules across Vision products Support configuration, enhancements, and releases in coordination with partners and DPEx teams Translate commercial requirements into clear functional specs / change requests , with an emphasis on simplifying user journeys Validate builds, support UAT, and drive business sign‑off with clear acceptance criteria Business & Field Enablement Work closely with Sales, Commercial Excellence, Marketing, and Field Force teams Support field rollouts, trainings, FAQs, and hyper-care across Vision platforms Act as the first line of functional support for business‑raised Vision product issues Track adoption, usage gaps, and pain points through field feedback, usage data, and support trends Run & Change Management Support ongoing BAU operations of Vision products (OCE, VEEVA, Phyzii) Prioritize enhancements vs. fixes in alignment with business value and user friction reduction Maintain release notes, SOPs, and user documentation with a focus on clarity and ease of use Ensure minimal disruption during upgrades or releases through structured change and communication plans Process Re‑engineering & AI‑First Enablement Periodically review existing business and system workflows across Vision products to identify: Redundant steps, Manual interventions and Cross‑team hand‑offs causing delays or errors Partner with senior PMs, data, and platform teams to: Propose AI‑assisted or rule‑based automation (e.g., nudges, recommendations, auto‑validation, pre‑filled actions) Enable “next‑best‑action” and decision‑support workflows for field and business users Drive initiatives that reduce cognitive load and clicks for end‑users, especially for: Call planning, CLM usage, reporting and compliance activities Ensure process and AI changes are practical, explainable, and adoption‑friendly for field and cross‑functional teams Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination Coordinate with partner support teams for defect resolution and enhancements Work with internal DPEx, data, integration, and analytics teams as required Provide structured updates on progress, risks, dependencies, and adoption metrics Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field Strong proficiency in product management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices (Agile, Scrum, Lean, etc.) Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority Proficiency with product management tools and software (JIRA, Confluence, Figma, or similar platforms) Preferred: Experience in a specific industry vertical or domain expertise relevant to our product offerings Preferred: Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and analytics platforms Additional Information About the Department Digital Process and Excellence (DPEx) Our digital transformation journey is led by the DPEx team and is structured along the lines of Digitalize the Core and Transform with Digital. With a mandate to ensure continuous process improvement and drive patient centric innovation, it spans all functions and operations. In other words, you could be working on projects to expedite research outcomes one day, designing customer engagement platforms the next and simplifying warehouse processes the third.
