Dr B.C. Roy Engineering College, Durgapur , is expanding its Department of Healthcare Administration. We are currently seeking distinguished academics and industry experts to join our faculty and drive excellence in healthcare education and research.
We are actively recruiting for the following positions: Head of Department (HOD) - Hospital Management Professor Assistant Professor
What You Will Do:
- For HOD & Professors: Lead departmental strategy, design innovative curriculum, mentor junior faculty, and spearhead impactful research in healthcare administration.
- For Assistant Professors: Deliver engaging lectures, guide student projects, and actively participate in academic research and publication.
- All Roles: Bridge the gap between academia and industry by fostering partnerships with top hospitals and healthcare organizations.
What We Are Looking For:
- Education: Ph.D. in Hospital Management, Healthcare Administration, or a closely related field (highly preferred). A Master’s degree (MHA, MBA in Healthcare) is required.
- Experience: * HOD/Professor: Minimum of 10+ years of combined teaching, research, and administrative/industry experience. Strong publication record.
- Assistant Professor: Minimum of 2-5 years of teaching or industry experience.
- Skills: Deep understanding of healthcare quality, hospital operations, health economics, and healthcare data analytics.
