About Us
We are a growing ophthalmology and eye care clinic focused on providing high-quality eye care services, including diabetic retinopathy screening, cataract care, glaucoma management, retina services, and optical solutions. We are seeking an energetic and relationship-oriented Public Relations Officer (PRO) to help expand our referral network and community outreach programs.
Key Responsibilities
Physician Relationship Management
Visit diabetologists, physicians, family medicine practitioners, and general practitioners.
Develop and maintain professional referral relationships.
Educate healthcare providers about our eye care services and diabetic eye screening programs.
Ensure regular follow-up and communication with referring doctors.
Camp & Outreach Coordination
Organize and coordinate eye screening camps in:
Diabetic clinics
Corporate offices
Schools and colleges
Residential associations
Community organizations
Manage camp logistics and patient registrations.
Maintain records of camp outcomes and referrals.
Patient Acquisition & Follow-Up
Generate patient referrals through outreach activities.
Coordinate follow-up with screened patients.
Maintain a referral and lead database.
Track patient conversions and report performance metrics.
Reporting
Submit weekly activity reports.
Track physician visits, camp performance, and patient referrals.
Suggest new opportunities for business development.
Requirements
Essential
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build professional relationships with healthcare providers.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Own two-wheeler and valid driving license.
Comfortable with field work and local travel.
Preferred
Previous experience as a PRO, Medical Representative, Healthcare Marketing Executive, or Business Development Executive.
Existing network among physicians and healthcare facilities in Kochi/Vypin area.
Familiarity with healthcare marketing and patient engagement.
Compensation Structure
Fixed Pay
₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month (based on experience)
