1. Phlebotomist & Riders

o* Key Responsibilities:*

* Collect blood samples from patients with care and precision.*

* Safely transport samples to the lab for testing.*

* Ensure proper handling of samples during transport.*

2. Senior Lab Technician

o* Key Responsibilities:*

* Conduct and oversee laboratory tests and procedures.*

* Maintain accurate lab records and ensure quality control.*

* Supervise junior lab technicians and ensure compliance with standards.*

3. Lab Receptionist

o* Key Responsibilities:*

* Greet and assist patients in the lab.*

* Schedule appointments and manage patient records.*

* Handle patient queries and provide information as needed.*
