Job Title: Real Estate Attorney – Mid to Senior LevelLocation: Washington, D.C.Salary: $310,000 - $435,000 + bonusesAbout the Practice:We are partnering with a Top 20 AmLaw firm with a market-leading Real Estate practice that handles the most sophisticated financings, joint ventures, acquisitions, and dispositions across every major asset class, consistently recognized for award-winning work. The team advises major developers, institutional investors, lenders, and REITs, providing strategic and innovative counsel on complex transactions and cross-asset portfolio deals on a global scale.What You’ll Be Doing:Lead or support complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financingsDraft and negotiate transactional documents, including purchase/sale agreements, loan agreements, and joint venture agreementsConduct due diligence across title, survey, environmental, and zoning mattersStructure and execute deals involving senior and mezzanine financing, and joint venturesCollaborate with clients and internal teams to manage transactions from inception to closingWhat They’re Looking For:Experienced attorney with substantial experience in real estate finance, joint ventures, acquisitions, and dispositions.Proven track record handling complex, high-value real estate transactionsStrong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skillsExcellent academic credentials and communication skillsAdmission to the D.C.
