Our progressive, fun, and growth-focused orthodontic practice in Southampton and Bensalem, PA is looking for a Treatment Coordinator who can confidently guide patients from their first visit to saying “yes” to treatment. What You’ll Do:

• Build trust and rapport with patients and families from the moment they walk in
• Present treatment plans and confidently guide patients to start treatment
• Create a positive, high-energy experience that makes our office the best part of our patients’ day
• Help grow the practice by increasing starts and delivering an exceptional patient journey

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and people skills (you love talking to people and it shows)
• Confidence in presenting and closing treatment
• Self-motivated, positive, and results-driven
• Sales, hospitality, or orthodontic/dental experience is a plus — but we will train the right person with the right attitude
