Pay: $60,000 - $90,000 per year + uncapped commissions
Location: Twin Cities, MN (In-Office, Hybrid Eligibility After 6 Months) | Full Time

About This Role
We’re hiring a Direct Mail Campaign Sales Representative. You make large volume, high dollar deals happen. You call home service owners who’ve never heard of us, understand their marketing spend and close it before they hang up, while being open to expanding and growing other vertices.
Direct mail is still the highest-ROI channel for home service owners (HVAC, plumbing, roofing, landscaping). The problem: the traditional way of buying it is broken. Print shops operate like it’s 1995.
We’ve automated the entire flow-data sourcing, design, printing, mail prep, postage-into a platform. Your job is to sell campaigns to owners who are tired of wasting money on ads that do not work for them. You price them. You structure them. You close them. You keep a piece of every dollar you generate.
What You’ll Do Every Day
- Outbound outreach to contractors (HVAC, roofing, plumbing) with company data, service area, and job volume already in front of you. These are warm conversations, not cold calls.
- Qualifying each account: understanding their business, their history with direct mail (if any), and the right next step
- Sell EDDM campaigns and postcard packages
- Own the margin: You work with ops to lock costs, you price for profit, and you recommend the package. You control the economics of each deal.
Who We Want
- 5+ years selling direct mail campaigns or print services to contractors, agencies, or franchises. You know the business inside and out.
- You understand the unit economics: list costs, print costs, postage, and how they affect the customer's margin.
- You read a business in one conversation and infer their geography, job volume, and why previous marketing failed.
- You're comfortable with variable pricing and owning the margin math. No approval chains needed.
- You want upside over base. You're not looking for a $120K guaranteed number—you want to keep what you make.
- You bring your own contacts to the table. We will provide leads as well, but want you to show up with some quick wins.
This Is NOT The Role If
- You need a detailed playbook and weekly coaching. You figure things out and own it.
- You want a $120K guaranteed all-in number. We compete on upside, not base salary.
- You think direct mail is dying. It's the highest-ROI channel for home service owners.
- You need manager approval for every decision. We're lean. You have autonomy. With that comes accountability.
