About the role
We are looking for a performance-driven Web Designer who blends strong visual design skills with a deep understanding of marketing conversion principles. This role sits at the intersection of Design and Growth, responsible for creating high-impact, “scroll-stopping” assets across web, paid, and social channels.
You will play a critical role in accelerating doola’s growth by producing creative that not only looks great but performs through driving engagement, increasing click-through rates, and enabling rapid experimentation across marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities
Design high-converting visual assets for website, landing pages, paid ads, and organic social channels.
Translate doola’s brand guidelines into performance-oriented, conversion-focused creative while maintaining brand consistency.
Rapidly iterate on designs based on performance data, user behavior insights, and ongoing creative testing.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Content, and Design teams to meet aggressive growth and campaign timelines.
Maintain and organize a scalable library of templates and creative assets for cross-team use.
Skills and Qualifications
2+ years of experience in digital design for high-growth startups, D2C brands, or B2B SaaS companies.
Strong portfolio demonstrating high-performing marketing creative (ads, landing pages, thumbnails, etc.).
Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
Strong understanding of conversion-focused design principles (visual hierarchy, CTAs, contrast, user psychology).
Ability to design with speed and iterate quickly in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment.
Data-informed mindset—comfortable using performance metrics (CTR, engagement, etc.) to guide design decisions.
