Role Overview:

You will be the Supply Chain & Production Manager at &Done, responsible for overseeing end-to-end supply chain operations and production planning. Your role will involve ensuring smooth procurement, efficient production processes, timely deliveries, and cost optimization while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory, logistics, and vendor management
• Identify, onboard, and manage vendors to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability
• Monitor inventory levels and implement efficient stock management practices
• Optimize logistics and distribution processes to ensure timely delivery
• Develop and execute production plans aligned with business demand and timelines
• Ensure efficient utilization of resources, minimizing wastage and downtime
• Work closely with internal teams to align production schedules with requirements
• Monitor production quality and implement process improvements
• Identify areas of inefficiency and implement scalable processes
• Drive cost optimization across procurement, production, and logistics
• Maintain and improve SOP adherence across operations
• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless execution
• Act as the central point of coordination between vendors, production units, and internal stakeholders
• Track and report key metrics such as production efficiency, inventory turnover, and supply chain performance
• Use data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement

Qualifications Required:

• 36 years of experience in supply chain, production, or operations management
• Strong understanding of procurement, vendor management, and production planning
• Experience in fast-paced or startup environments is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• High ownership mindset with attention to detail
