• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing inquiries with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Efficiently process customer orders through phone calls and in-person interactions
• Prepare and assemble pizza orders with attention to quality and accuracy
• Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system with precision
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
• Assist with various tasks as needed, including cleaning and restocking supplies
• Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs. as required

• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and empathetic approach
• Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
• Ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies and procedures
• Demonstrated multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
