Join our dynamic team as an Assistant Manager at our Domino's Pizza location in Festus, United States! We're looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented leader to help drive our success and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Lead and motivate a team of employees, ensuring high-quality service and product standards
- Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and cost control
- Train and develop team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment for both customers and employees
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with 2 years of driving experience if 18 or 1 year if 19 or older
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background check
- Dependable vehicle with proof of auto insurance
- Strong leadership skills and a desire to lead and develop people
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous experience in food service or retail management is preferred but not required
