We are seeking a reliable and professional Delivery Driver to join our team in Lee's Summit, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering packages and goods to customers while maintaining exceptional service standards. - Provide professional and courteous customer service at each delivery point

- Navigate using GPS and mapping systems to locate delivery addresses accurately
- Meet daily and weekly delivery quotas while maintaining quality standards
- Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding delivery status, delays, or customer concerns
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve delivery-related issues professionally
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar transportation role
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularly
- Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and mobile delivery applications
- Knowledge of local roads and geography in the Fountain area (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deliveries efficiently
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Physical capability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and walking throughout the day
