*Job Title:* Title Executive – Home Loan / Mortgage
*Job Summary:*
We are looking for a dynamic Sales professional to drive customer acquisition for Home Loan & Mortgage products. The role focuses on lead generation, relationship management, and ensuring a seamless loan processing experience.

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Conduct field visits to meet potential customers and explain loan products.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Generate high-quality referrals from existing satisfied clients.
- Coordinate with the credit team for smooth loan processing and disbursal.
- Ensure credit quality standards are maintained.
- Onboard and manage new channel partners.
- Expand business by adding new housing projects (APFs) and agents.
*Required Skills & Experience:*
- Experience: 1–5 years in Home Loan/Mortgage Sales (BFSI/NBFC preferred).
- Freshers: Self-motivated freshers with strong sales aptitude are welcome to apply.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of the local market and a strong professional network.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Drive: Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
*Educational Qualification:*
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Note: Possession of a two-wheeler is highly preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹34,500.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Hyderabad, Telangana (Hyderabad)
