As a Technical Account Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in managing all technical aspects of our relationships with customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing top-quality technical service before, after, and during the onboarding of new or existing customers into new markets, products, or operations to ensure customer satisfaction and strengthen relationships.
- Acquiring excellent product and technical knowledge to assess and guarantee quality to our customers.
- Maximizing the company's revenue and expanding current relationships with customers by focusing on the development of new products and operations.
- Analyzing prospects' business and technical requirements to develop solutions that meet their needs.
- Collaborating with Product and Development teams to customize specific products for customers.
- Managing customer expectations and leading them to satisfaction.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships as the owner of the technical relationship with customers.
Qualifications required for this role include:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science
- 2+ years of experience in similar positions
- Experience in dealing with customers from a technical approach
- Working knowledge and understanding of APIs, with the capability of explaining them to third parties
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Knowledge of SQL
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Passion for customer success and a deep interest in understanding client needs
- Excellent analytical, technical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities and projects simultaneously
- Experience in payments is a plus
