• Client interaction and sales support: Handling initial inquiries and assisting with sales documentation.
• Lead generation & follow-ups: Finding potential buyers and maintaining regular contact to drive interest.
• Site visit coordination: Organizing and conducting property tours for prospective clients at residential sites.
• Sales pitch for residential projects: Delivering persuasive presentations highlighting project features and benefits.
• Market research and reporting: Tracking local real estate trends and providing data-driven updates to management.
