Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Designer who can lead end-to-end design initiatives—from research and concept creation to high-fidelity UI, interaction design, prototyping, and stakeholder presentations. The ideal candidate combines strong visual design skills with systems thinking and a passion for emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead UX and UI design for web, mobile, and interactive platforms.
- Create user journeys, wireframes, design systems, prototypes, and production-ready interfaces.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, 3D artists, and creative technologists.
- Translate complex business requirements into intuitive user experiences.
- Design immersive and interactive experiences for XR, virtual environments, and experiential projects.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and design validation.
- Present design concepts and rationale to internal teams and clients.
- Maintain and evolve scalable design systems and brand consistency.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to design best practices.
Required Skills
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI and digital product design.
