Financial Analyst III

The Financial Analyst III provides advanced financial and logistics training support, analysis, and coordination services in support of organizational and program objectives. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in translating complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences.

Requirements

• Develop and deliver financial and logistics training materials, including diagrams, exercises, and presentations
• Coordinate and conduct training seminars and workshops for internal and external stakeholders
• Interpret and translate complex financial data into clear, logical formats for training and reporting purposes
• Perform financial research and analysis to support policy development and program initiatives
• Assist in the formulation and evaluation of financial policies and procedures
• Serve as a liaison between financial offices, ensuring effective communication and coordination
• Prepare reports, briefings, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders
• Support continuous improvement of training programs and financial processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
• 4-6 years of experience in financial analysis and/or financial/logistics training
• Demonstrated experience developing training materials and conducting seminars
• Strong ability to analyze data and present findings in a clear and logical format
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
