The Division of Enforcement is seeking an Attorney in the Office of Cyber and Emerging Technologies Unit (CETU) in Washington DC. In this role, you will conduct complex, fast-moving investigations being undertaken by the SEC involving cyber-related misconduct, cybersecurity registrant compliance and issuer disclosure, blockchain related fraud, and other emerging technologies issues. Develops investigative or litigation plans and adjusts as appropriate during the course of an investigation.
